Tailored for retail investors, entrepreneurs, and small businesses, Dhanwise empowers users to optimize their investments, track metrics such as Sharpe ratio, risk, and return, and manage their portfolios seamlessly.

• This license is non-transferable and limited to the term of your subscription.
• You are granted access to Dhanwise’s features for personal or business use, subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
• Termination Rights: Dhanwise reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorized use.
  • Non-payment of subscription fees.

4. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, subscriptions to Dhanwise cannot be refunded once access is granted. However, if you encounter issues with our service, please contact us at support@dhanwise.com, and we will work to resolve your concerns promptly.

5. Disclaimer

Dhanwise does not warrant that the platform will meet all your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption, or loss of contracts) are excluded and expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Dhanwise makes no warranties, guarantees, or representations as to the quality, fitness for purpose, or otherwise of the software. In no event shall Dhanwise be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses, or other claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

You agree that Dhanwise’s total liability to you for any claims related to the use of the platform is limited to the total amount paid by you for your subscription during the preceding 12 months. You hereby release Dhanwise from any and all obligations, liabilities, and claims in excess of this limitation.

7. Responsibilities

Dhanwise is not responsible for:

• The accuracy or completeness of user-provided data.
• Investment decisions made based on the platform’s outputs.
• Any losses incurred as a result of reliance on the platform’s recommendations or metrics.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Dhanwise complies with applicable laws and regulations.

As Dhanwise continues to improve its offerings and expand its features, subscription prices may increase. Current subscribers will be notified of any price changes and given the option to continue at the new rate or cancel their subscription.

All intellectual property rights in Dhanwise, including but not limited to software, designs, logos, trademarks, and content, are owned by Dhanwise or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
